Soft cotton, I've been washing and drying it for over a year and it hasn't made any small bubbles on top.
It's 7/10 warm. Definitely a must for cool evenings out on the water with friends!

I wear both the medium and the large. The large when I want to be more relaxed and the medium when I want to wear it with jeans for a more dressed-up look.
