How to interpret your results
0-5 boxes checked: You seem to have found a good balance! Keep reminding yourself that ENOUGH is perfect.
6-15 boxes checked: You may be starting to put a little too much pressure on yourself. Take a moment to breathe and remind yourself that you are ENOUGH.
16-25 boxes checked: Red alert! You're definitely overdoing it. It's time to let go of some things and remind yourself that:
- Perfection does not exist
- Your children need a mother who is present, not perfect.
- You are ENOUGH as you are
Little reminders ENOUGH
- A living house is better than a perfect house
- The best memories are made in imperfect moments
- Your children will remember your presence, not perfection.
- Taking care of yourself is taking care of your family.
- You are already a great mom, even with your imperfections.
What to do now?
- Choose 3 boxes that you have checked and that weigh on you the most
- For each one, find a way to let go a little.
- Celebrate every little step towards "ENOUGH"
- Remember you don't have to do everything, have everything, be everything
- Repeat after me: "I am ENOUGH"
💗 PS: Keep this list handy. Reread it when you feel like you're starting to ask too much of yourself. You are ENOUGH, today and every day.
