How to interpret your results

6-15 boxes checked: You may be starting to put a little too much pressure on yourself. Take a moment to breathe and remind yourself that you are ENOUGH.

16-25 boxes checked: Red alert! You're definitely overdoing it. It's time to let go of some things and remind yourself that:

  • Perfection does not exist
  • Your children need a mother who is present, not perfect.
  • You are ENOUGH as you are
